A disgusted health-advocate columnist writes about an ironic PR twist: The huge seller of fried foods, donates fifty cents per bucket to breast cancer research charity. KFC has generated 2.3 million dollars in donations so far, according to dailyfiance.com, but the purported linkage between KFC and breast cancer is creating controversy. If they are going for press coverage that controversy is doing them good, but I am not so sure that was the plan. You decide – is this campaign a good thing… or a weird thing?

Komen For The Cure Foundation. It reads like a Saturday Night Live skit but it’s for real.
