This will be the second year that the light-up is combined with Miracle on Cleveland Street, and 40 tons of snow will be hauled in for kids to play in and take toboggan rides. The second annual Deck the District wreath decorating contest also will come to a close that night with the winning wreaths being announced right after the tree is lit.
